How do I get access to the free plan?
Due to high demand, access to the free plan is currently managed through a waitlist. Visit the waitlist page and provide your email to join the list. We will notify you when your free access is available.
How can I access the premium plan immediately?
Purchase a premium plan from the pricing page and start enjoying unlimited dream photos and features immediately! Take advantage of our 30-day money-back guarantee with the annual plan.
What plans are available?
We offer a free plan with limited photo generation and a monthly/annual premium plan with the possibility to generate photos for every dream. The premium plan also has many additional features which you can find more about on the pricing page.
How do I delete my account?
Just contact our support team or email us at support@dreamala.com. We need verification to process your request.
Dreams & Photos
How do I add a dream?
Log in and find the “Add Dream” section. Describe your dream in as much detail as possible; the more details, the better the AI photo generation. We’ll then ask some targeted questions so we can generate the best possible photo.
How does the AI create dream photos?
Our AI uses advanced algorithms to interpret your dream description and generate corresponding visual imagery. It processes keywords, themes, and descriptions to create a photo that best matches the essence of your dream.
What types of photos should I expect?
Our AI aims for realism, but the style might be symbolic or abstract depending on the dream. The detail in your dream description is key to the result.
How many photos can I generate on the free plan?
The free plan provides 5 credits per month. Credits are used each time you generate a photo.
What are the limitations of the free plan photo generation?
Free plan users have daily and per-photo limitations to ensure a fair experience for all. Also, photos generated on the free plan are watermarked with the Dreamala logo. Premium users are able to generate multiple photos for every dream.
Privacy & Security
How do you protect my dream information?
We take the security of your dream data seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and secure storage methods. Access is restricted to required personnel only.
What is your data retention policy?
We retain user data for a maximum of 2 years from the last account activity. After this time, your data will be automatically deleted.

I can’t sign in to my account.

What are the system requirements?
We recommend using the latest versions of supported browsers. While we strive for broad compatibility, optimal experience may vary based on device.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but our website works great on mobile devices. You can add it to your home screen for a native-app-like experience. On iOS you can do this by tapping the share button and then “Add to Home Screen”. On Android you can save the site by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of the address bar, selecting “Install app”.
Navigate to the pricing section in the app settings. Select your desired plan, and you will be redirected to Stripe for secure payment processing. If you don’t have a free account yet, select a plan from pricing.
How do I update my payment method?
Log in to your account, navigate to “Manage membership” on the settings page and update your payment information. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We do not store your payment details.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day full refund on annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for consumed photo credits.
