Questions, feedback, or a photograph that didn't match the dream? Send a note. We'll read it and write back when we've had a chance to sit with it.

This form reaches a small team, not a helpdesk. Use it for the app, the website, press, partnerships, or anything that doesn't fit a help-center article. A little context helps — which phone you're on, what you were trying to do — but a short note is welcome too. There's no ticket number.

If you're looking up how something works, the help center may already have it. Common questions live there, including how photographs develop, how credits refresh, and how to delete an account. The form below is for everything else, including the things that don't have a category yet.

We don't run a live chat, and we won't ask you to repeat your message to a bot. Write in your own words. We'll reply to the address you give us. It may take a little while; there are only a few of us reading.

You don't need an account to write to us. We use the address you type only to reply. If your note is about a dream you logged in the app, you can say so, but you never have to paste the dream itself.
