The Service allows you to submit, store, and process text describing your dreams and related information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to use the Service to create, store, request, or generate content that: (a) is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing; (b) involves sexual exploitation or abuse of minors; (c) promotes or facilitates terrorism or organized criminal activity; (d) contains credible threats of violence; or (e) otherwise violates any applicable law or regulation.

The Service is designed for private personal use. We do not actively monitor private User Content as a matter of routine. However, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, if we become aware of violations of these Terms or are required to do so by law.

The Service uses artificial intelligence systems to generate images based on your dream descriptions ("Generated Content"). AI-generated results may vary in quality, accuracy, coherence, and relevance.

Generated Content is produced automatically based on your input and system processes. We do not guarantee that Generated Content will meet your expectations, be factually accurate, or be suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for how you use any Generated Content. You agree not to use Generated Content in a way that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

By using the Service, you grant us permission to process your User Content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including generating images and enhancing system performance.

Your dream-related information, including descriptions, keywords, and timestamps, may be retained for up to 2 years after your last account activity, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We may also collect and process usage data, device information, and interaction data to maintain, secure, and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service operates on a freemium model. Certain features are available free of charge, while others require a paid subscription ("Dreamala Pro").

Free Service users receive a limited number of dream photo generation credits per month. We do not provide refunds or replacements for generated images based on user dissatisfaction.

Dreamala Pro subscribers receive additional features and usage allowances as described at the time of subscription.

If you subscribe to Dreamala Pro, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Dreamala Pro access if payment is not received when due.

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner that does not interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.

We reserve the right to monitor usage metrics (such as frequency, system load, and credit consumption) to ensure fair and reasonable use of the Service.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use is excessive, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of these Terms, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access.

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or subscription fees is prohibited.

We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality Service; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and original content (excluding User Content), is and will remain the exclusive property of StudioD24 and its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only.

The Service does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or other professional advice.

Any insights, interpretations, or outputs generated by the Service are automated and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, distressing thoughts, or a crisis, you should seek assistance from a qualified professional or appropriate local support services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioD24 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or if required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our retention policies and applicable law.
