Delete Your Dreamala Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your Dreamala account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

⚠️ Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

Before deleting your account, please cancel any active subscription through your device app store:

  • iOS (App Store): Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Dreamala → Cancel Subscription
  • Android (Google Play): Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dreamala → Cancel Subscription

Deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. You may continue to be charged if you do not cancel first.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Dreamala app and log in
  2. Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm that you want to proceed

What Happens When You Delete

  • Instant deletion: Your account and all data are removed immediately
  • No retention period: We do not store or backup any of your information
  • Permanent action: This cannot be undone. All dreams, photos, and profile data will be permanently deleted
  • Applies to all platforms: This deletion covers both iOS and Android accounts

If you change your mind after deletion, you will need to create a new account.
